At for​you​and​your​cus​tom​ers we have no corporate headquarters, instead using established collaboration among experts from different cells. Responsibilities are clearly defined for each customer before the project is implemented.

On the one hand, small cells of no more than 25 employees support individual personal growth due to their tight-knit nature. On the other hand, they also foster trust and motivate performance through mutual support and ensure commitment through social control.
