To support the development of our MDM team in Sofia, we are looking for an Application Developer MDM/PIM. Our team of over 160 experts in the foryouandyourcustomers group supports our clients in their digital transformation at 15 locations across Europe.

The Role

We are looking for a data-driven mind to join our MDM team. This isn’t just about "data modeling"—it’s about the architecture and flow of information. You will play a key role in developing solutions using Stibo STEP PIM system, ensuring our master data is accurate, integrated, and scalable. Abou Us

Our Sofia team researches, designs, develops, and integrates a wide range of solutions, including information systems, e-commerce platforms, PIM systems, MDM platforms, websites, and more. foryouandyourcustomers group supports our clients in their digital transformation at 15 locations across Europe. Each of our locations is intentionally limited to a maximum of 25 people. to keep the teams agile with direct communication and a flat hierarchy.

Your Profile

Educational Background: University degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar technical field.
Technical Foundations: General programming knowledge, including object-oriented principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Data Modeling: Experience or theoretical knowledge in Object Data Modeling and Databases is a major plus.
Web & Logic: Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Java and API technologies.
System Experience:
- Previous experience with Stibo STEP is a significant advantage.
- Alternatively, experience in other PIM/MDM systems, or BI/ETL tools (such as Informatica or Talend) is highly valued.
Soft Skills: Decision-making and problem-solving skills with a strong "attitude to learn" mindset.
Languages: Excellent command of English. Proficiency in German is a distinct advantage.

Your Responsibilities

Development & Configuration: After a thorough introduction and training on the Stibo STEP PIM Platform, you will be responsible for configuring and developing the application according to specific business requirements.
Architecture: You will set up complex data models and user interface logic (WebUIs).
Implementation: You will implement required business rules in JavaScript or Java, configure workflows, and design interfaces using various technologies (XML/XSLT, JSON, etc.).
Consulting: Active communication and technical consulting with our international customers.
Analysis: Review, analysis, and estimation of technical requirements.
Collaboration: Continuous knowledge exchange within our international network of Stibo STEP experts.
