Present and facilitate impactful virtual experiences (VFA)
This training highlights the significant differences between face-to-face and virtual meetings. Learn in this training by foryouandyourcustomers how to create engaging and productive virtual meetings. Learn facilitation skills and how to employ technical tools to actively involve participants in your session.
Participants get a true sense of how they appear in a virtual environment and receive concrete feedback on how to improve their virtual presence. They will get to know the basics of virtual collaboration, i.e. fundamentals about the use of technology (e.g. equipment, background and lighting, different available tools) as well as learn soft skills for facilitating workshop successfully, i.e. fundamentals of dealing with difficult participants.
During the training, the participants will find plenty of moments to practice what they have learned, so that in the future, their virtual meetings will be just as effective and productive as face-to-face meetings. Or even better.
- know how they are perceived by others virtually and know tips on how to improve their virtual presence
- feel confident in virtual settings, both in terms of technology and in terms of moderation and interaction with participants
- know practical tips and tricks for individual elements of virtual communication such as: How to start? Camera on or off? Does it need a warm up? How can I keep the energy levels up?
- have had the opportunity to practice
Employees who often communicate virtually with internal and external stakeholders and/or who lead virtual meetings and workshops.
Virtual training with short theory inputs and many practical exercises, work in small groups, coaching by the trainer and assignments between the modules.
Total time 2-4 weeks, 3 virtual modules of 2 hours each, including preparation and tasks between the modules. Total time required is approximately 8 hours per participant.
Maximum 12 participants.
