Hello. My name is Marco Torrente and I work as a Service Designer at foryouandyourcustomers in Amsterdam. My superpower is to combine different methods and approaches to find creative ways and help teams to design human-centred solutions. I do this by conceptualising and facilitating workshops to help teams approach their challenges step-by-step and achieve meaningful results. Thereby I always try to ensure to balance desirability, feasibility and viability. I am also passionate about surfing and always look for good waves here in the Netherlands.
