For some it was “the highlight in the company calendar” of foryouandyourcustomers, for others “a team event with a wow effect, inspiring and impressive at the same time”: The Yearly Group Meeting 2022 in Regensburg

In the familiar open-space manner, 48 workshops were offered by the more than 200 participants over three days. Topics that the initiators were passionate about, topics on which colleagues from the most diverse cells could exchange ideas live on site and face to face and give each other impulses. But also topics that at first glance have nothing to do with daily work; sessions that were about personal interests, development opportunities and sustainability. The range was as wide and varied as the interest.

Whichever session you participated in, people showed their passion for what they were talking about. The meeting was organised as an Open Space conference, giving everybody the freedom and responsibility to define what the sessions would be about. For each time slot available there were up to six sessions on diverse topics and issues in parallel. No one had to contribute anything and yet everybody was eager to share, discuss and plan. It’s not surprising then that the participants shared what they’re passionate about.

The participants’ passion showed how much they care about and commit to their topics. That care and commitment, again, translates into how they collaborate with their customers. The thought they put into methods, processes, and the understanding of an issue — be it system evaluation, translation, PIM, MDM, a modelling tool, or work processes —, is noticeable and notable. In the end, both the employees of foryouandyourcustomers and the involved people on the customer side spend time and energy on these and other topics and issues, which is worth the while if everyone cares and commits.

Although this year’s Open Space meeting is over and the next one is already being planned, the open exchange and deepening of ideas won’t stop. People will continue to care and share their expertise with colleagues and customers alike; foryouandyourcustomers will support them to do so.
