Welcome to the 67th Business Breakfast about Ethical Commerce and Responsible Design at foryouandyourcustomers Munich. We offer not only inspirational talks about these topics, but also an interactive exchange during a subsequent panel discussion.

The more companies collect data and build detailed profiles of us, the more precisely they believe they can target and serve us. This has a great impact on end customers’ relationship with digital technology and wellbeing. Whilst technology can have a positive impact on the customer journey, it also induces risks like addiction, social marginalisation and e-waste. At our 67th Business Breakfast we will be joined by two experts in the areas of ethical commerce and responsible design to explore this paradigm.

Together with our partner Empathy.co, we invited the privacy consultant and researcher Daniel Guagnin to talk about human-centred design and its relation to data ethics, AI and commerce.

Furthermore, Cecilia Scolaro from foryouandyourcustomers Amsterdam will explore the new way of imagining, designing and developing digital channels. She will do this by pointing out how responsible design introduces new practices and prioritises respect, equality and sustainability in the design of business, products and services.

After these inspiring talks, we will do a panel discussion where Angel Maldonado, CEO of Empathy.co and Jens Plattfaut, CEO of foryouandyourcustomers Munich will join the speakers to share their thoughts and discuss the topic.
