The team of foryouandyourcustomers Vienna, the artists Regula Dettwiler, Christoph Luger, Sali Ölhafen, Ulrich Plieschnig, art historian Maria C. Holter and Jonathan Möller look forward to your participation.

We are pleased to present in the 50th exhibition in Vienna works by Regula Dettwiler, Christoph Luger, Sali Oelhafen and Ulrich Plieschnig. The introduction to the works will be given at 19:00 by the art historian Maria Christine Holter. The book presentation of the English version “Paid Work and the Meaning of Life” will be given by Jonathan Moeller, founder of foryouandyourcustomers

In times of fundamental destabilisation through war and the threat of a pandemic and climate change, it may seem anachronistic to still find joy and pleasure in art and culture. I think the opposite is true: we need the expressions of artists and creators of all kinds, just as we need a bite to eat. How else can we find the strength to come through these crises with our minds and bodies intact and to help those in need? How else can we maintain an ounce of stability within ourselves

Since 2011, foryouandyourcustomers has given employees, clients and visitors this “bite to eat” in the form of high-quality exhibitions of art of tremendous calibre. The company celebrates its 50th exhibition with the presentation of the works of Regula Dettwiler, Christoph Luger, Sali Ölhafen and Ulrich Plieschnig. We look forward to enjoying the rich juxtaposition of associations posed by the deconstruction/reconstruction of the most fragile of plant materials (Dettwiler) with conceptual layered painting on paper strips (Luger), by intuitive forms and lines in watercolour and acrylic paint (Ölhafen) with poured action paintings inspired by landscape and reduced to simple shapes (Plieschnig).
