Since the foundation of foryouandyourcustomers, it has been a matter of concern that our integral management system – as a binding, readable form of expression of the company's civilisation – be certified. This has been achieved in the form of the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, valid since 28 April 2023, issued by TÜV Austria.
Can you imagine your management system containing the following two sentences "Rules are rules, but common sense can allow for reasonable exceptions" and "There are many good reasons for each rule, follow them!"?
If this seems counterintuitive to you, then welcome to the world of our integral management system. A management system which, despite this supposed contradiction, has been successfully certified by TÜV Austria according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard without any complaints. Because we were able to convince the TÜV that we as an organisation and people in the organisation know that we cannot know or regulate everything, because we only see an excerpt of reality in our constructed actuality. Thus, there could be mandatory exceptions to the observance of rules in order to avoid employees following tasks like lemmings and possibly damaging the whole as well as its parts.
In order to become certifiable, we have not only defined the above two sentences in recent years, but have also taken several civilising steps. In addition to defining and documenting basic elements such as organisational structure and processes, we have already focused our attention on iterative and continuous improvement by means of quality messages since the operational start in April 2011 – always in the spirit of our 5 core values "surprisingly simple, relationship building, pioneering and thought through; simply integral".
To ensure that all internal processes are maintained at a sufficient level, we have also conducted regular internal assessments - be it through quarterly management reviews as well as internal audits. Employee training via our own explodedview.com training platform has also more broadly anchored both the understanding of the requirements of the corporate civilisation (including the external standard) and the implementation of the integral management system in daily work. Another anchor since the company's founding is that our investors and employees are transparently oriented with a quarterly report. Among many other steps, we have also identified and evaluated the risks and opportunities in the context of our company in order to act and react proactively to possible problems or to use opportunities at present.

In accordance with TÜV AUSTRIA CERT procedures, it is certificated that foryouandyourcustomers applies a managament system in line with the standard ISO 9001:2015.
