The idea

The collaboration with the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich began with the question of how companies can be prepared for the challenges of the future.

The game uses realistic scenarios to show how companies can react to unexpected disruptions in the supply chain. Various scenarios such as natural disasters, geopolitical uncertainties or sudden supply bottlenecks are simulated. Participants have to adapt their reactions in real time and make decisions that have an impact on the entire supply chain.

A hybrid experience: tabletop and online

“The Hidden Threat” was developed as a hybrid format that can be played both in face-to-face workshops and online. In the tabletop version, participants work together in groups, while in the online version they interact with each other virtually.
